Q): Are your products safe? 

 A) Abinna Cosmetics Products contain organic safe ingredients and are safe for use.

Q)  What if I had an allergic reaction to your product?

A) Abinna Cosmetic is organic all natural skincare brand. Please read  the ingredients carefully to determine if you are not allergic to any listed ingredient. If you are someone who react to skincare products, we advice you do a patch test. Please perform a skin test prior to applying any of our products to make sure you're not allergic.  If any redness, burning, itching , blistering or irritation is observed at any time through out the test, do not use the product.  Ingredients are listed under each item.

Q) Do you test on Animals?

A) No we do not. Abinna Cosmetics has a super strict cruelty free policy. No products or source ingredients are tested on animals. We do not test on any animals and we have adhered to cruelty free practices!!. 

A) Our product is safe and natural but we recommend asking your health care provider if pregnant or breastfeeding.

Q) When will I notice results?

A) Some customers may notice visible results as early as 1-3 weeks. But keep in mind your skin takes 28 days to renew, so we advise waiting 30 days to see visible results. Results may vary depending on your skin type and skin tone and can typically take up to 30-90 days or more for results. For faster results, please be consistent with using our products. 

 

A) Yes, our products have been proven to work on all skin types. Every race, skin type color and gender.

Q) What is your refund + replacement policy?
A) Please check our return policy on our "Shipping and Returns" page.
If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, you can contact abinnacosmetics@gmail.com for a corrected or replacement package.

A) Once an order has been placed it goes straight into processing, Unfortunately, once you have placed your order it cannot be changed or cancelled. This is because our team picks and packs your order right away, and wraps all the orders together on pallets which are sealed for shipment regardless of when they actually ship. However,  We can try to cancel your order if you contact us before your order has been processed. Please email us as soon as possible after placing your order with your full name, order name and the subject line "Cancellation." We'll do our best to accommodate you if your order hasn't already been processed and shipped.

 Q) How long would it take for my item to ship

A) Processing time for all orders may take up 3-5business days after placing your order.  All orders are shipped via USPS on business days (Monday- Friday). After your order is shipped, delivery time within the United States is 3-10 business days.
